The first chalk toss started after the Philadelphia 76ers and Cleveland Cavaliers ran through their introductions, Bernard Hopkins rang the bell, and the rising National Anthem. Home fans could see LeBron James tossing up the chalk for the very first time and leading the Sixers to his largest player deficit comeback ever.

Tyrese Maxey headed the way with 32 points, three rebounds, and six assists. The whole starting five scored 10+ points to finish the game.

James had never won his debut in Los Angeles, Miami or Cleveland. Twenty three years ago, Cleveland fans could witness the king. ‘We are all witnesses’ became a thing.

The game became a sweet spot for James as the Sixers are 2-0.
