The other day, TV viewers could see former head coach MIke Vrabel scamper behind AJ Brown at New England Patriots training camp. Brown with familiar ties, told the media he knows a thing or two already about the system and how things work.
He is really not on a new journey given his time with Vrabel from Tennessee but the embarkment travels behind quarterback Drake Maye. Maye just ousted from a Super Bowl win last year, faces the least amount of pressure if that is thought out to be believed to be the case.
Former teammate Jalen Hurts did not have time to scoozie dazzle with Brown. Hurts has played in ten different systems since his time as a high school recruit and Sean Mannion is the new Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator.
Forget posthumously with Brown and Philadelphia fans. Brown is going to come back alive, rejuvenated with the Pats.
There should be loud boos from Philly fans when Brown and the Pats play the Eagles on August 22.
Brown does not deserve a tidy amount of respect. He does not. If Hurts plays poorly, that is on his end.
Respective teammates had nothing but positive things to say about Brown. That ship has sailed and the only thing the Eagles and Pats should do is focus on the upcoming season.
