Shedeur Sanders Mortified
Shedeur Sanders was ready to celebrate the after party of the Sanders Legendary cult 2025 NFL Draft. Sanders was great in college in the transition to Colorado and performing feeble at first. But hit a strong chord when his numbers improved for scouts to take a possible liking of him in the first round.
Truth be told Sanders did not spark that fire he did in college on NFL Draft night 1. He failed to meet expectations and certainly made the worse of gestures, bling, family ties, and history that defined essence.
Sanders grew up on this moment from social media highlights to clickbait and etc. I joke clickbait because sometimes that was his talent.Sanders talent was seen on camera flashing and posing but had something wise to say on social media if that is true.
He said something along the lines of adversity and unlike Cam Ward who was nothing but nice and humble to begin his career in Tennessee. Sanders has a lot to learn and pick up on night 2 of the NFL Draft.
It might be expectant. He lands outside the round of 2 and 3 based off quarterbacks drop offs currently to entice executives. Sanders did not pass the eye test for Pittsburgh, New Orleans, none even Aaron Rodgers.
Aaron Rodgers was looking in the flash distance on a Pat McAfee show thinking what position will be whose. And come to find out the unknown is scary for Deion Sanders who coached his son and leads a legacy far imagined.
Shaddeur Sanders is a prospect with skill, hype, motoring ability but the thing that sets him apart is the gene. The gene and maturity will determine what comes out of this and Sanders handling.

Do Not Make the Travis Hunter Story Complicated
Travis Hunter is a two-way star out of Colorado University. He was highly recruited by coach Deion Sanders and played good enough to earn this year’s Heisman’s award.
Now what I am not understanding is why teams such as the Tennessee Titans (No.1) followed by the Cleveland Browns are making things sound complicated about Hunter? Browns GM Andrew Berry goes on to state that given the opportunity, Hunter will most likely play wide receiver and punt returner but that does not mean we should rule out the eligibility of Hunter’s abilities on both sides of the field.
Last year at Colorado, Hunter played 86.8 percent of offensive snaps for Colorado while on the defensive side, he performed 82.9% of reps. Just think about that, traveling back and forth, from play call to executional work.
Hunter has the ability to go the distance whether offense, defense, special teams or splitting it meticulously to start the season with the Tennessee Titans or Cleveland Browns.
The Titans coach Brian Callahan has said to be cautious but there is also the Cleveland Browns who have not been successful in finding a premier athlete such as Hunter and begging he does not get hurt. It could be a win unlike the column shows in Cleveland.
The NFL Draft Combine begins Thursday, February 27 and expect Travis Hunter to turn some scouts’ faces along the other likes of Abdul Carter, Tyler Warren, and Ashton Jeanty.

Why Travis Hunter Headlines the NFL Combine List
Travis Hunter is the latest prospect to enter the hunt for the NFL Draft combine. Standing at 6 foot 1, 185 pounds, he has stood the test of time whether through Shaddeur Sanders shadow, Colorado’s program of training and scouting, or Deion, of course.
But, the main thing is Deion Sanders is no longer his coach entering this list of NFL Combine rejects and prospect knuckleheads. Hunter has the biggest smile, attachment to Colorado and now this list of what is to come.
Hunter comes at you like a bulldozer, you just do not see it. He presses at you, and then as time ages he becomes a threat in the open field with his elusive speed which will do the talking come time Combine.
We witnessed the Super Bowl and I do not think there has been this much excitement around a prospect following in quite sometime basically because he is the quintessential masterpiece that worked behind Shaddeur, first and foremost, and he is going to outshine, regardless and make the Combine become more meaningful in recent years.
Not the quarterback, they have failed, upset, and disappointed since Dan Marino, Tom Brady, and John Elway for example, and it is a crisis that Matthew Stafford and maybe a few other quarterbacks at the top of discussions this swirl or time of year tend to fall out of line of what it is today’s lineage.

Travis Hunter Goes to Jax in Latest Mock
- Jacksonville Jaguars – WR/CB Travis Hunter – Hunter, most skilled playmaker will have it easy at next level whether he can manage to choose which spot and play with a quarterback such as Trevor Lawrence.
- Tennessee Titans – QB Quinn Ewers – Great intangibles that will entice or fool the Titans front office into drafting Ewers who is more projected to slide down lower.
- New York Giants – OT Kelvin Banks – Banks, a big tackle out of Texas, can play instrumental football for the quarterback and allow fewer sacks on which ever side.
- Oakland Raiders – QB Carson Beck – Not too sold but is worth a bargain considering his possible stock value at next year’s combine. It is likely agents and executives are going to come to some full realization that Beck is capable of playing for Cleveland, Oakland or even New York.
- Cleveland Browns – CB Will Johnson – Best available here and most polished corner in draft. Without a doubt slides in and plays comfortably with Myles Garrett and others.
- New York Jets – QB Shedeur Sanders – The talk of the draft goes to the Jets at six because the big apple receives bait.
- New England Patriots – OLB James Pearce Jr. – Comps to James Harrison. Great linebacker who will entice Jerod Mayo to place into account his LB attributes.
- Dallas Cowboys – CB Benjamin Morrison – Notre Dame product that makes sense in the world for Jerry World to strike and draft one of the next best available cornerbacks.
- Carolina Panthers – WR Tetairoa McMillan – Great upside, stands really tall and good enough to exceed expectations and help Bryce Young from late draft trade from last year, Xavier Leggette, on the field.
- New Orleans Saints – TE Colston Loveland – Finally, Colston Loveland has the potential to burst on the field and take over but this will not be a similar tight end class to last year with the likes of Brock Bowers and others.

‘Traffic’ Hunter
Was Colorado vs. 17 TCU the talk of college football this weekend. I’m being rhetorical.
In the beginning of the game, Colorado surprised critics and scored a touchdown. A touchdown some at the Athletic might recall? Yes, a touchdown.
It was 1 of 4 passing touchdowns by Shaddeur Sanders and after the game X users started posting comparison photos of him and Tom Brady. Sanders finished as one of the top week 1 quarterbacks in passing yards with 510. He and Travis Hunter ultimately held the roof down.
Hunter played a total of 141 snaps. So between offense (61) and defense (80), Hunter played to extremities and said after the game that he was not winded out. Talk about an unforeseen athlete of his generation.
He was not as productive on the defensive side but saved what could have been a game-sealing touchdown late in the third quarter for coach Deion Sanders and Colorado.
Critics said this team would win 1,2 or 3 games, if any, this season. Well, the Buffaloes check one down, more to come against ruthless opponents such as Oregon, USC, and final game, Utah.
Coach Prime has always been a winner, and he brought coordinators over who know how. It will ultimately come down to the pressure this team and Shaddeur Sanders can handle with this no longer being Jackson State or a non-Power 5 program.
