  • T.J. Rumfield is Present

T.J. Rumfield is living in the present moment on the diamond. Rumfield was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies then traded to the New York Yankees. Brian Cashman and company thought they possessed a gem and now they are paying for it.

Rumfield is a Colorado Rockie tearing it up at first base. In 16 games, he has hit 2 home runs, 8 RBI’s, and a solid .843 OPS. Tonight, the Rockies have decided to bench Rumfield.

Rumfield is no ghost on the field when it comes to his tall nature. He is making Paul Depodesta look good and maturing nicely alongside another former Phil, Mickey Moniak.

The two share something in common, no other team has.

An agenda to play Colorado Rockies baseball and glorify the city. The Rockies finished in the bottom last year and there is no reason to get hopes down as a fan.

  • The 2026 Masters Starts Hot

The 2026 starts hot with reigning champion Rory McIlroy doing a much superb job on the back nine.

As for No.1 ranked Scottie Scheffler, he continues to stay in the race, trying to win his first majors tournament in a year.

The amateurs looked on par. And Adam Scott, the 2013 Masters winner, rebounded from a water putt to -1.

Watch the Masters on ESPN as more is to come. Phil Mickelson and Tiger Woods are both out of the Masters for the first time since 1994.

  • Philadelphia Flyers Cannot be Stopped

The Philadelphia Flyers are playing well and crashing the boards more than ever. It is mainly their offense attacks that have teams budging for answers.

For example, the Flyers recently promoted their 2025 first round, sizable pick, Porter Martone, to ice and has collected a goal off a rebound and chase away on net, so far. And where GM Daniel Briere and Keith Jones deserves credit is to draft supreme good talent and pair it with their current.

So much for the Cutter Gauthier fallout. Gauther is leading the Anaheim Ducks with goals converted and are on the same brink as a playoff push as the Flyers. But, the biggest difference has not been Gauthier.

It has been the team orchestra willing to nail down critical notes one-by-one. The Philadelphia Flyers defeated the New Jersey Devils and Jack Hughes in their last game and are taking no backseat.

    They want the Stanley Cup!

  • One Put, One Enters Transfer Portal

One stays put and the other continues her dominance as the No.2 scorer in the nation elsewhere. Audi Crooks has decided after a 14-0 start and negative stretch, she is entering the transfer portal.

She can return home to Minnesota or play around a tenacious defense such as Texas. Crooks is not so good on the defensive end and creates the most posting-up.

That scoring will continue just as the same comfortable suit as A’Ja Wilson. Wilson decided to stay in Las Vegas after continued success in winning multiple championships.

She signed a super max contract of $1.4 million after the new collective agreement only increased that number from $200,000.

  • Why is Jon Scheyer Receiving the Duke Treatment

Duke is no longer one of the greatest programs in college basketball. Despite what critics say about Isiah Evans, the Boozer brothers, and Dame Sarr. This team came nowhere close to the vision of Jon Scheyer.

Now, why is Scheyer receiving the Duke treatment after three consecutive Elite Eights and one Final Four appearance (2025)? He can compile all the top recruits, however. But cannot seem to assimilate a packaged NIL plan.

You know, the cable plans customers receive on their bills. There is an option of basic or premium and Scheyer is shooting all his Easter eggs in one bucket.

Mind you, Scheyer is the successor to Coach K and does not possess an inkling of championship experience, yet. If anything, we will see Scheyer back for one more rotten season and try to work the system in a new day and age of basketball.

Top Duke recruits are not always the end all, be alls of its collegiate sport.

  • Tiger Woods Blew It

Tiger Woods was preparing to play for the Senior PGA Tour until he accidentally hit his car stationed down the street from his Jupiter, FL home.

    Woods blew it.

Woods is in stable condition but the horseplay needs to stop just because sponsors and fans are turned off by his performances. His performances have not been the problem. Woods’ masking attitude is the problem.

If he needs additional support via chauffeur, so be it. This is a hypocrisy to ends of meeting Woods’ criteria.

What happened to the hard relentless days practicing in a rain storm. Forget shilling his caddies for a moment.

The relationships do not matter at this point. Woods owes himself one last opportunity and it began at TGL.

  • What Exactly Happened to Paul Skenes on MLB Opening Day?

Paul Skenes is a man of few words on the baseball diamond. He is vigilant with his pitches and most of all stands up the highest composure out of any MLB pitcher.

On 2026 MLB Opening Day, nothing but a farce happened against the New York Mets. Yes, it was at Citi Field, but even worse.

People saw Skenes touch significant career records. He ultimately allow five runs and 4 hits in 0.2 innings. He was removed from the quickest game of his career after only two outs and Mets fans could visibly see players such as Brett Baty become courageous rounding first.

And, then a Mets rookie Carson Benge hit a home run to right. It was the worst game in Skenes’ young professional career and he has a lot to make up for it this year with especially new additions such as Ryan O’Hearn, Konnor Griffin, Brandon Lowe, and Bubba Chandler.
