  • The Latest on Kevin Durant Saga

I like to call Kevin Durant a saga almost because it is just that.

First, he wants to leave Oklahoma City for the Golden State Warriors. After he wins a major championship, Durant picks on another legendary teammate in Draymond Green.

These are the tales of Kevin Durant’s NBA career. He went from one of most prominent to complete off the scale.

Mind you he still looks the same after every off-season, players have figured how to hack into the KD program.

It is such as hacking one of Clippers owner Steve Ballmer’s Microsoft machines. You just do not exactly know what is going to process on the scale these days beginning with the Brooklyn Nets.

He wanted to essentially poke fun at the media at futuristic NBA All-Star games with Kyrie Irving and reinvent himself without Russell Westbrook.

Then more recently, he suited up with the Phoenix Suns. Yet, another well-rounded organization and what is the last straw. He attacks respected head coach around the league, Mike Budenholzer.

If you want to switch the station, then do so, but I believe KD is still capable of anything, especially with reports of Westbrook entering back in to the fray.

It maybe always a mystery but not hurtful to find out what kind of magic KD and Westbrook do to co-exist as one for a purpose. That grand staging opportunity of a NBA championship leftover from 2012.

  • Why the Lakers Are a Dark-Horse Fit for Kevin Durant

Why the Lakers Are a Dark-Horse Fit for Kevin Durant

According to reports, Kevin Durant is not interested in playing for the Minnesota Timberwolves. In fact, I do not think there is peace of mind when it comes to basketball with Kevin Durant from Brooklyn to Phoenix.

Durant has dealt with rough stints and after making the decision to leave Oklahoma City, it has left this emptiness of peace and chasing away Golden State. Truth be told, KD has a redemption story like anybody to tell with the Los Angeles Lakers considering Lebron James would like to possibly play and Luka Doncic is the main superstar.

Bronny James has to shoot the ball based off his premise so it would not hurt to learn from one of the best shot creators and improve. The bench such as Hachimura, Reeves, and coach Redick would all benefit along and learn from a natural talent and bring joy to the faces of L.A. fans.

Again, Durant is a natural talent being squandered hardly imagined. Sports Kingdom listed out the top destinations for Durant earlier such as Philadelphia, New York, Houston, San Antonio, and Miami but Los Angeles would encourage one last drop of sweat to go out and perform on a daily performance as his career winds down.

  • Did KD Make the Right Decision?

Did KD Make the Right Decision?

Kevin Durant is a prized enterprise. He has been around as long as the Longhorns have won their last national college football championship with Vince Young tunneling in pretty much. KD is ferocious. He does not allow any decision to go un guard. Just like the ones that have still made one of the small forwards in the NBA.

But, more recently KD decided to do something nobody feasibly thought. He went ahead and, okay, decided to reject a trade back to his former team, the Golden State Warriors. The exact team or enterprise in 2017 that led him to first championship gold and hugging mom and expressing to the world how hardship of a Warrior pays off along the likes of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green.

As most may know then later behind closed doors, something broke out. Draymond Green not only got into with Jordan Poole or drew as many technical fouls in the recent past, he notably unleashed on KD. KD’s chemistry from then on was not the same and no personnel was their not even Bob Myers to retreat the damage.

It was said KD’s last days in Golden State rung true and to this day righteously so as he decided to reject the trade to GS and is stationed in Phoenix where leaking immediate claimed owner Mat Ishbia would pay and retain him there until it is time to seek a better trade destination and value offer.

KD is a prized player and possession. He is used to this pressure before from Oklahoma City to Brooklyn and so forth. He wants to cap off his career right one last time before it ends like Lebron James, Kyrie Irving, and all the rest who are currently struggling to maintain in series of big alliances, international prospects, or rival opponents.

  • Wemby is One of a Kind

Wemby is One of a Kind

Victor Wembanyama has begun his NBA career.

He is one of a kind.

    Primetime television absolutely loves him.

Wemby played his first game against the Dallas Mavericks and lost, but eventually rose to his feet against the Houston Rockets and solidified his first NBA victory.

“I really, really love winning,” said Wembanyama, per ESPN. “It’s what I love most in life, so of course it feels great.”

Wemby could not overcome the emotions of his first victory, but thankfully played his next game against the Los Angeles Clippers exclusively on NBA TV and finished with 11 PTS and 3 of 6 FT shooting (50%) in a road loss.

The promise is there and fans are enjoying it. In the last game between Phoenix, fans gained a kick out of Wemby vs. his idol Kevin Durant, and did the Slim Reaper of Halloween still prove he can go head-to-head despite a respectful loss.

“He is a unique player.” He is going to be a force in this league for a long time. Once he continues to get experience under his belt, he is going to get even better,” said Durant when asked about facing Wembanyama.

    Wembanyama responded:

“It is special. He is really a problem and I can see that. His teammates really look for him. They make him a problem too. The way they set up the plays and they try to look for him. I definitely think he is the hardest player to guard. I just played against him once and I know I haven’t seen everything from him but I think he is up there.”

The two showed mutual respect and overall there have been highlight plays along with TV network satisfaction. This has driven the league’s corporate partners and Wembanyama to consider playoffs.

Wembanyama is no stranger to playoffs. He played in France and now suits up for Gregg Popovich who admired Wemby as a superstar.

“Many people have talent in this league but the people who end up at superstar status have something that the rest do not have, and that lies between their ears. It’s in the mind,’ the coach told the media Wednesday.

That is huge praise by a legendary, Hall of Fame head coach who has coached the likes of David Robinson, Tim Duncan, Manu Ginoboli, Tony Parker, and others.

It would not come as a surprise if the Spurs changed rapidly quick. The team is receiving contributions from their starting lineup, but would not come as a shock if team president R.C. Buford altered the team around and allowed Wemby to continue to stand out and finish as nothing but one-of-a-kind.
