  • Three Musketeers

    Three Musketeers

The three musketeers are planning to work better than ever in the city of Portland that include Damian Lillard, Jrue Holiday, and Ja Morantl. Lillard has been the main leader in charge since 2012 and has expressed interest in bringing a championship, and not Milwaukee.

The Milwaukee Bucks was just a disaster from start to finish as Giannis Antetokounmpo relied heavily on outside spacers and shooting. Doc Rivers was hired as the head coach and turned into utter turmoil.

Rivers is apparently a Hall of Fame coach thanks to his tenure in Boston. While it is credulously hard to say that, Rivers does make a case on becoming one after the teams that tried to replicate the same success.

Lillard is in the driving seat again in Portland and Ja Morant will not slow him down. This second musketeer will do what he naturally does which is run the court and posterize opponents.

That does add insult to injury. Maybe he will come around and learn from the other pro’s on how to become more well-rounded. Not to say, Morant is a former second overall pick with loads of potential, still.

Then, there is Jrue Holiday. Former 76ers, Pelicans, Bucks, Celtics player that went to a championship with Boston and won. Holiday has always been a pro’s pro which kept him in the league for this long.

He pays attention to little detail and travels around the court like a sharpshooter and team-paved leader. He hides incognito, in other words.

Other than that, the team looks pretty solid except for Scott Henderson. It has been several years Henderson will not progress into the type of basketball players many fans desired out of him. It goes to show how much the G-League Ignite works on certain players.

The big men look positively sharp with Deni Avdija earning his first All-Star selectioin last year and Donovan Clingan. Clingan had a successful campaign out of UConn and look for him to continue his prep work down the line.

This team in a nutshell, is pretty hands on, and so are the three new muskeeters in finishing atop the Western Conference next season. Lillard’s age should throw no dobuts as to why he is sharp and poised along other athletes and surrounding him with the right pieces.

The most promising teammate is Jrue Holiday based off his champioinship experience so whatever the Portland Trail Blazers front office is doing works out phenomenal. Despite Scoot henderson and a few other teams in the Western Conference, Portland fans should be very excited.

The Oklahoma City Thunder are the 1 seed. Tbe San Antoinio Spurrs are the two seed. The three seed is up in the air.

Portland fans should feel really excited because of new owner Tom Dundon owner as well already creating infrastructure for the team to win basketball games. The three musketeers are likely here to stay for one goal: a huge championship outcome.

  • Minnesota Timberwolves Sign Jonathan Kuminga

    Minnesota Timberwolves Sign Jonathan Kuminga

Jonathan Kuminga signed a 2-year, $13 million contract with the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Atlanta Hawks decided to opt-out of a $24.3 million club option.

Kuminga becomes the latest small forward to come off the market. He will bode in well off the bench. He has championship experience dating back to his early years in Golden State. He is just 23 years old.

The Minnesota Timberwolves made other moves, too. They said goodbye to Naz Reid and Julius Randle and traded for Lamelo Ball. They also added Ayo Dosunmu.

It leaves for pause that Minnesota has improved their bench depth and could by far dominate with one of the best rosters next season. Coach Chris Finch and everyone involved are making the correct adjustments possible to contend in the Western Conference and play Kuminga to his strengths.

Normally, Golden State asked a lot more out of Kuminga in his waning years and that did not work out. With an All-Star scoring cast in Rudy Gobert, Donte DiVincenzo, and Jaden McDaniels, Kuminga should have no problem adjusting.

  • Peyton Watson Helps Cleveland Cavaliers Playoff Odds

Peyton Watson Helps Cleveland Cavaliers Playoff Odds

The Cleveland Cavaliers did it. They went out and acquired Peyton Watson from the Denver Nuggets and for what price?

Max Strus, who is not so bad of a shot maker but Watson favors to be a solid wing with a boat load of potential.

Last year, while Aaron Gordon, Christian Braun, and Nikola Jokic sat out, Watson took over in his third season with 14 PPG and 4.9 REB and helped the Nuggets win critical basketball games. Now, the restricted free agent righteously earned a 4 year, $88 million deal with the Cavaliers to play alongside a steady James Harden and star-studded Donovan Mitchell.

The Cavaliers have the best potential to be a reckoning machine as long as they stay the course. Last year, they finished in the ECF without any ease and can use the comfort of Watson.

Watson was highly coveted this offseason. The Nuggets had a chance at Watson but they took the big provider in Spencer Jones instead and matched his offer with the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Watson has the speed, shot, and athleticism to contribute and he is only going to improve.

  • Nike Decides Not to Renew Sixers Black Jerseys

Nike Decides Not to Renew Sixers Black Jerseys

In a credible report, the Sixers are not renewing the classic black jerseys picked up by Allen Iverson because of Nike. Maybe they will look for more extraordinary ways on the horizon but this measly hurts for Philly fans.

In a year where the king, LeBron James, enters town, the Sixers go full blown shift on the red and blue jerseys. It will be retroactive to some and not so to others.

They were generations that picked up the Julius Erving jerseys or Moses Malone. When Malone ignited the city, he was lightning hot just like James.

But what a way to go out as it was only one year of the Sixer and black. At least, PA announcer Matt Cord likely returns next season.

The Sixer broadcast crew might switch to a three individualized group as this is the season for Sixers fans to rise and make some noise. James is entering town and the Sixers theme song will be chirping.

  • Conspiracy Theory Circulating Around Lebron James

Conspiracy Theory Circulating Around Lebron James

There is a conspiracy theory circulating around Lebron James and his negotiations with the Philadelphia 76ers.

First of all, James spent weeks talking to one coach and that was Nick Nurse. They went over the day-to-day and prioritized what would take place in Philadelphia.

Nurse lost his brother during the 2026 NBA Playoffs so what a relief he has James in his corner now.

Dan Lebatard said on his recent podcast there were reportedly illegal dealings under the table between Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin and James.

Fanatics fan fest took place in New York city a couple weeks ago and Lebatard argues something may have been behind that.in regards to merchandise selling.

NYC is going to be the home of James as he commutes to Philadelphia by helicopter. James’ jerseys sold out in minutes and the Miami Heat question this according to Lebatard even though his co-hosts and analysts disagreed for comment.

  • What Ray Allen Meant to LeBron James

What Ray Allen Meant to LeBron James

One of the best scorers of all-time Ray Allen meant a whole lot to LeBron James coming up in the league. As a Boston Celtic, Allen paid homage to what would be a classic manifesto at the hands of an adroit handler and scorer.

Hey, Allen did a little bit of sketch back in the day by doing some film work. LeBron James cannot ever take so lightly the Big 3 that happened in Boston with Pierce, Garnett, and Allen.

One thing is for certain. James can show he is a pro at the game like Allen. Take Allen’s joint expenditure in Miami. Allen proved why winners can happen on selective teams.

And he proved it when Mike Breen made the call way from downtown! It was the musical way of Allen’s selection and touch. Whenever people think of James, they comprehend a leader.

Well, just like Allen, James has a way to prove himself as a backup starter or closer. There were questions going into next season about the Sixers possessing a closer and now they got one in James.

  • Why Lebron James Chose the Right Decision in Philadelphia

Why Lebron James Chose the Right Decision in Philadelphia

Lebron James is a solid basketball player. Let me reiterate that. James is an excellent basketball player for the Philadelphia 76ers who can use his mentality and mindset to win a championship or two.

    That is the goal, right?

With a player option, Lebron James’ goal is to win not one but two championships! He is turning 42 but for real.

It is surreal for the city of Philadelphia that ever since the days of Rocky, Julius Erving, and Allen Iverson. There has been a hero to the off-days of Ben Simmons. Speaking of which, has not James rebuked his response to Simmons being an influential factor to the Sixers organization.

It all comes in the hands and benefits of Tyrese Maxey being the reason why James chose Philadelphia. Maxey screamed from the top of his lungs when the news was announced like a kid in a lollypop shop.

Maxey aspires a chuckle or smile to reinvent a team that started with Mike Gansey and the Joshua Harris ownership group. If it was not for Bob Myers, the Sixers would not be in this position. Say all there is about Maxey, V.J. Edgecomb, Jaylen Brown, Joel Embiid.

Maxey was the prized possession and Myers is an influential trait. Myers appeared on the Rich Paul podcast and made his comments clear that winning for Philadelphia was clear and the Cleveland Cavaliers, Golden State Warriors, and Miami Heat stood no chance.

Lebron James chose the right decision because it was in his heart to. He did not get this far because a magazine labeled him the chosen one. Yes, he has ‘chosen’ decision by decision but James in his own right, finds passion in the game and there is no defecting that.

He surged to Miami when he first gained a little inexperience and lost to the Dallas Mavericks in the 2011 NBA Finals. That was not a good memory so then he took his talents back to Cleveland for a sole purprose of delivering a championship to his hometown of Akron, Ohio. Then, he became selfish and foolish in accepting an invitation to Los Angeles.

Now, Philly is home for the best hair restoration in the planet and sells fans on upcoming promotions, fundraising, and a professional superstar. James is a 76er and he justified that.

  • Reassessing Nico Harrison’s Role in Dallas

Nico Harrison was arguably the Dallas Mavericks worst nightmare. He went beyond lengths to shatter what would have been a culture shift without Mark Cuban.

Obviously, take Luka Doncic for example. The Mavericks traded Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers for Anthony Davis and Max Christie. What was worse is Jalen Brunson.

Many NBA pundits claimed that the Doncic deal was a nightmare. Well fast forward to today, Brunson has one ring with one of the hardest organizations to play under, the New York Knicks.

What is entailing is that even though, Doncic led the NBA in scoring this year and is still young, Brunson offered to stay in Dallas but Harrison declined.

Brunson was averaging 20 points and 6 assists without Doncic in the Dallas lineup. Just like he is now, only six points higher with the Knicks.

Harrison was a detriment to basketball. Reassessing the current situation he traded away two young, phenomenal, talented basketball players who should have never gone anywhere in the first place. Instead, it is time to remeasure the faith led by Brunson’s Knicks.
