• Audi Crooks Chasing History

Audi Crooks is chasing history as a 6-foot-3 center out of Iowa State. She has the potential to do wonders.

She is a 2025-All American that recently tied Caitlin Clark’s Iowa record for 37+ points accounted four times in a single season. She has been working with two penetrating scorers on Iowa State’s offense and shooting the ball back up.

There is no proper back up for Crooks. She currently leads the nation in scoring and has scored in double figures 79 consecutive times.

Crooks deserves merit to her credit as she continues to lead Iowa St. 10th in the nation.

  • Remembering Greg Biffle

Greg Biffle, one of NASCAR’s 75 greatest drivers, passed away Thursday in a plane crash. It was not immediately known why the plane crashed.

Best known for his No.16 Ford, Biffle started his career winning the 2000 Truck and 2002 Xfinity series. After winning the Homestewd series three times, he would go down to eventual favorite Tony Stewart.

No matter what, Biffle went down as a two-time NASCAR series champion with 19 career wins. Even off the race track, he would aid to the North Carolina hurricane relief effort and give back to those that suffered.

  • Buy or Sell: Adolis Garcia

Adolis Garcia, last season, batted .227, 19 home runs and 75 RBI. It was a go-figure after missing back-to-back World Series with Bruce Bochy.

Although, Garcia was a primed hitter once in his career and grew a huge impact in Texas. Garcia is now a Philadelphia Phillie and what is the main reason?

Less cash? Better defense? Hopes he outwits Nick Castellanos?

None of that matters. What does is his ability to play the everyday position or compete highly with prospect Justin Crawford. Crawford hit a record best .863 OPS in the minors last year.

Season odds are he will win out the position and finally put this distaste to a restful end in right field. He will have a chance to work with the 40-man roster in spring training to decide the outcome.

  • Edmonton Oilers Acquire Tristan Jarry

The Edmonton Oilers have acquired Tristan Jarry for Stuart Skinner, Brett Kulak, and a 2029 second round pick.

Jarry returns to his home country as he, also, played for the CHL Edmonton Oil Kings and led them to the Memorial Cup. He is off to a fantastic start this season.

Jarry has a 9-3-1 record to go with 2.66 GAA and .909% save percentage (top-15). This deal makes absolute sense for the Pittsburgh Penguins since Kyle Dubas managed to extend Jarry inadvertently.

Much can be said for the consignment of where this leads. The Oilers are off its worst start since entering the Stanley Cup race and they need Jarry more than Skinner right now.

  • The Mets Must Deliver on Kyle Tucker

Have you ever heard of the movie: John Tucker must die? Well, the Mets must deliver on Kyle Tucker to sign a hefty contract.

They just lost Pete Alonso to the Baltimore Orioles and for what? Because they did not offer Alonso a contract.

As reported by Ken Rosenthal, the Baltimore Orioles have acquired not only Alonso’s services, but Taylor Ward and Ryan Helsley. This will definitively add more power to the Orioles lineup and strike up pitching.

The Mets are the most important subject. They have a chance to add speed and power, too, in Tucker. Tucker is a former World Series winner, who knows how to play in tough, critical situations.

He did not play to his absolute best last season. It did not matter. What mattered was his ability to return from injury and still do average under the conditions in Chicago.

With Juan Soto, they can put to rest some of the clubhouse tension between Alonso and the team last year and sign a nice payday by owner Steve Cohen.

  • My Appreciation for Kyle Schwarber

Kyle Schwarber agreed to a five year, $150 million deal on Tuesday and it took more than 30 days to cash in. Schwarber knew he wanted to be a Phillies player and got the job done.

Rather than sign for more money or opting for a home reunion in Cincinnati, he ensured Philadelphia was his No.1 destination to continue local sponsorships and raise his children.

My appreciation for Kyle Schwarber reaches far beyond the 300 level of the CBP right field wall. Schwarber has catapulted into an insisted clubhouse leader and due diligence to reinvigorate the Phillies, once more.

This opens the door for the Phillies to trade Bryce Harper and receive more value for their buck. The Phillies have a nice core of talent and they cannot fail in what they do.

Whether that means bringing back J.T. Realmuto or reintroducing the search for other young talent in free agency. the Phillies must not fail under a prized possession in the game of slugging percentage.

  • Sheduer Sanders Carries Himself Like a Top NFL Starter

Hey, what the heck. Deshaun Watson might be returning to the Cleveland Browns stealthily for another season. Sanders has been terrific, less far.

In his recent game against the Tennessee Titans at home, he threw for three touchdowns and one interception. He finished the game with a solid 97.7 rating and still almost won a close game, 29-31.

Losing does not solve the problem. What transitions to the speculation that Sanders plays good, is his arm. He seems to have added speed to his arsenal by taking time out and wrestling just like his father.

He has been praised throughout some of the media, of course, like Rich Eisen who says he knows how to handle the press and play with a chip on his shoulder, if needed.

Sanders is a part of the Sanders family. Coach Kevin Stefanski has ruled Sanders eligible to start for the remainder of the 2025 NFL season. That being said, Sanders is off to a terrific, sound start.
