    Is it Really Showtime?

Is it really showtime? This year’s draft is set to take place in the home of Lambeau Field and it could not be overshadowed that the top 10 according to most elite scouts is lacking.

That is right, lacking with showtime Sanders’ son Shaddeur Sander set to take the spotlight in a matter of time and Cam Ward, the promising quarterback out of Miami.

One thing is certain that most of the big sizable talent stand a chance in the first round of this year’s draft such as Derrick Harmon, Kelvin Banks Jr, Tetairoa McMillan, Abdul Carter, and others.

But what could be the steal of the draft is of course Travis Hunter as he stood out well at the combine and had the most impressive year of college football. The problem remains is his ability to take snaps a step further in the NFL.

All should be interesting except for the fact that the draft starts until the course dictates it.

  • Do Not Make the Travis Hunter Story Complicated

Do Not Make the Travis Hunter Story Complicated

Travis Hunter is a two-way star out of Colorado University. He was highly recruited by coach Deion Sanders and played good enough to earn this year’s Heisman’s award.

Now what I am not understanding is why teams such as the Tennessee Titans (No.1) followed by the Cleveland Browns are making things sound complicated about Hunter? Browns GM Andrew Berry goes on to state that given the opportunity, Hunter will most likely play wide receiver and punt returner but that does not mean we should rule out the eligibility of Hunter’s abilities on both sides of the field.

Last year at Colorado, Hunter played 86.8 percent of offensive snaps for Colorado while on the defensive side, he performed 82.9% of reps. Just think about that, traveling back and forth, from play call to executional work.

Hunter has the ability to go the distance whether offense, defense, special teams or splitting it meticulously to start the season with the Tennessee Titans or Cleveland Browns.

The Titans coach Brian Callahan has said to be cautious but there is also the Cleveland Browns who have not been successful in finding a premier athlete such as Hunter and begging he does not get hurt. It could be a win unlike the column shows in Cleveland.

The NFL Draft Combine begins Thursday, February 27 and expect Travis Hunter to turn some scouts’ faces along the other likes of Abdul Carter, Tyler Warren, and Ashton Jeanty.

  • Is Cam Ward Geno Smith 2.0?

Is Cam Ward Geno Smith 2.0?

Cam Ward is a talented player. No doubt about it out of Miami U in fact most good players emerge out of MIA.

Regardless, what remains is how good and elusive speed wise Ward is going to be on the ground. He will translate to a big arm down the slot but what is most concerning is his track record of inconsistencies on the field with his delivery ala Geno Smith.

Geno Smith talked a good game in the past but like many of the quarterbacks that came before and after him is his ability to scramble and throw with accurate delivery of maturing.

The only difference between Ward and Smith is one can really scramble but the other can always plant feet first and throw without jeopardizing a side-arm.

Decision-making and mobility will ultimately decide the outcome of Ward as we enter the 2025 NFL Draft Combine and what is the most intriguing option is stability in the pocket.

Imagine a Cam having a multitude of ways of scanning the field. Well, that is not the case with Ward. He must stay un-throttled and play to his strengths.

  • Why Travis Hunter Headlines the NFL Combine List

Why Travis Hunter Headlines the NFL Combine List

Travis Hunter is the latest prospect to enter the hunt for the NFL Draft combine. Standing at 6 foot 1, 185 pounds, he has stood the test of time whether through Shaddeur Sanders shadow, Colorado’s program of training and scouting, or Deion, of course.

But, the main thing is Deion Sanders is no longer his coach entering this list of NFL Combine rejects and prospect knuckleheads. Hunter has the biggest smile, attachment to Colorado and now this list of what is to come.

Hunter comes at you like a bulldozer, you just do not see it. He presses at you, and then as time ages he becomes a threat in the open field with his elusive speed which will do the talking come time Combine.

We witnessed the Super Bowl and I do not think there has been this much excitement around a prospect following in quite sometime basically because he is the quintessential masterpiece that worked behind Shaddeur, first and foremost, and he is going to outshine, regardless and make the Combine become more meaningful in recent years.

Not the quarterback, they have failed, upset, and disappointed since Dan Marino, Tom Brady, and John Elway for example, and it is a crisis that Matthew Stafford and maybe a few other quarterbacks at the top of discussions this swirl or time of year tend to fall out of line of what it is today’s lineage.

  • Notre Dame Overcomes Georgia in Sugar Bowl

Notre Dame Overcomes Georgia in Sugar Bowl

My condolences go out to the families of Bourbon Street. On, New Year’s Day 3 CT it was graphic, and then decided the Sugar Bowl would be postponed.

Fast forward to a day after, Notre Dame won their first major bowl game since the Cotton Bowl and will now be advancing to the subsequent round. As mentioned on YouTube, the Irish would be ruthless on defense as they did not allow many rushing yards in the first half. They allowed 10.

They further progressed by opening the scoring margin to 20-3 and coach Marcus Freeman humiliated what was to come from backup quarterback Gunnar Stockton who started in place of NFL prospect Carson Beck.

The final score was 23-10 and everyone turned out safe. Again, prayers are with the families suffering, and let’s avoid this in the name of sports.

  • Is Bill Belichick for Real?

    Is Bill Belichick for Real?

Bill Belichick is an NFL Hall of Famer. One day, he will be cemented with the John Madden’s, Don Shula’s, Vince Lombardi’s, etc. The only situation is, he has accomplished it all in the NFL and is now reportedly aiming to meet with the North Carolina football program and fill in for another legendary coach only in the collegiate ranks, Mack Brown.

That would be a prestigious honor.

But, what has Belichick resorted to more recently besides mark goodbye to his job in New England? He has not worked for Fox. He has not undergone an ownership position with the Raiders or dealt with additional activities other than talk football with he Manning brothers every Monday night and Pat McAfee.

This is an individual who casually walks around in a sweatsuit and supposedly has a cheerleading girlfriend but accepting the job at North Carolina, would be no problem.

Belichick probably intended to make one season last, for fans to view an ultimate legend call the X’s and O’s on ESPN and soon devastate college football on the network. He has accomplished everything there is.

  • Where is Tom Brady Now?

    Where is Tom Brady Now?

Tom Brady is a former NFL quarterback of the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He won Super Bowls for both franchises and now is taking the reigns of being a broadcaster, owner, and recruiter all at the same time.

    Why with a question mark?

He is Brady. He lived ruthlessly from the pocket and separated himself from NFL great legends such as Dan Marino, John Elway, Peyton Manning, Brett Favre, and etc.

Brady has reshaped the game telepathically communicating on Fox, upstairs in Las Vegas, Michigan or better yet his own reputation.

What he is doing now is incomprehensible from the truth.

Michigan lost underrated coach Jim Harbuagh to the Los Angeles Chargers more recently and still managed to pull away top recruit Bryce Underwood from SEC programs such such as Florida, Alabama, and Georgia because of who?

The worked individual who is also from a laptop at home. Brady, remind you is a current YouTuber and balancing the acts between screen time of Fox Sports with anchor Kevin Burkharht and the Las Vegas Raiders.

What is most intriguing out of Brady’s post career more than ever though is and it is certainly not electric boating to an extent.

Brady grandest opportunity is he is beginning to escalate up the ladder where the great Al Davis harpened in Oakland, No, were not talking his son’s Mark famous wine vineyard talked about on social media.

That holds no essence and explains everything as to what is next 10-15 years down the line for Mr. Brady. Being the absolute greatest succcesor to Al in history and accomplishing everything thrown his way as TB12 as in a normal pocket pass.

  • Travis Hunter Goes to Jax in Latest Mock

Travis Hunter Goes to Jax in Latest Mock

    1. Jacksonville Jaguars – WR/CB Travis Hunter – Hunter, most skilled playmaker will have it easy at next level whether he can manage to choose which spot and play with a quarterback such as Trevor Lawrence.
    2. Tennessee Titans – QB Quinn Ewers – Great intangibles that will entice or fool the Titans front office into drafting Ewers who is more projected to slide down lower.
    3. New York Giants – OT Kelvin Banks – Banks, a big tackle out of Texas, can play instrumental football for the quarterback and allow fewer sacks on which ever side.
    4. Oakland Raiders – QB Carson Beck – Not too sold but is worth a bargain considering his possible stock value at next year’s combine. It is likely agents and executives are going to come to some full realization that Beck is capable of playing for Cleveland, Oakland or even New York.
    5. Cleveland Browns – CB Will Johnson – Best available here and most polished corner in draft. Without a doubt slides in and plays comfortably with Myles Garrett and others.
    6. New York Jets – QB Shedeur Sanders – The talk of the draft goes to the Jets at six because the big apple receives bait.
    7. New England Patriots – OLB James Pearce Jr. – Comps to James Harrison. Great linebacker who will entice Jerod Mayo to place into account his LB attributes.
    8. Dallas Cowboys – CB Benjamin Morrison – Notre Dame product that makes sense in the world for Jerry World to strike and draft one of the next best available cornerbacks.
    9. Carolina Panthers – WR Tetairoa McMillan – Great upside, stands really tall and good enough to exceed expectations and help Bryce Young from late draft trade from last year, Xavier Leggette, on the field.
    10. New Orleans Saints – TE Colston Loveland – Finally, Colston Loveland has the potential to burst on the field and take over but this will not be a similar tight end class to last year with the likes of Brock Bowers and others.

  • The Dallas Cowboys are Slowly Rewriting History

The Dallas Cowboys are Slowly Rewriting History

The Dallas Cowboys are off to a 3-7 start without QB megastar Dak Prescott and who is to say the two will separate after this season. This season has been a wreck but there is life.

We have seen the Cowboys return from cold starts time and time again but Jerry World has not cut it. He wants Primetime. He wants to rewrite the annals of Cowboys history and sign Shaddeur Sanders to a rookie contract as the Colorado football program are looking to their best Big 12 start (8-2) in a long while.

Deion came over from Jackson State and it is not to be pardoned that he is a former Dallas Cowboy. Shaddeur is working unlike biological father-son relationship aka Lebron-Bronny. Sorry to the prestigious Los Angeles Lakers franchise.

Americas leagues franchises are not cutting it but Jerry Jones is still around and he will execute a plan.

  • Drew Allar will be game-time decision vs. Ohio State

Drew Allar will be game-time decision vs. Ohio State

All eyes are on Drew Allar as he is a game-time decision for No.3 Penn State vs. No.4 Ohio State. Ohio State is looking to rebound after top bowl ineligibility the past seasons now under Ryan Day.

Beau Pribula would get the start if need be over Allar. Pribula is a three-star recruit and has seen some action for two years at Penn State.

James Franklin assured the preparation and readiness by saying, “The reality is we’re going to have to have both guys ready, and you could even make the argument all three guys ready, which is challenging to do in a game week is to try to get all those guys ready.”

Ohio State vs. Penn State takes place November 2 at noon.
