2023 Stanley Cup Matchup Revisited Tonight

The Florida Panthers revisit the ’23 Stanley Cup champions in Las Vegas tonight to try and capture their first win against them in a regular season matchup.

Right now, the Panthers are 23-12-2 and have a chance to gain a competitive advantage over the defending Vegas Golden Knights (22-11-5) but William Carlson and Nick Cousins are out meaning not much is at critical stake besides the fact that Florida has lost seven of their last meetings in this particular series and need their leading points, goal contributor Sam Reinhart to lead a tremendous game between ruthlessly Jack Eichel, veteran Mark Stone, and Conn Smythe award winner Jonathan Marchessault who rank well respectively top-15 in Power Play percentage (22.22%) and are aid by Adin Hill’s work of GAA less than two.

The Panthers have dealt with a lot of turbulence when addressing the Golden Knights and it will be no easy test.

    Four in Four for McGregor

This June, Conor McGregor has the chance to uptake history in UFC and that is to complete four knockouts in different types of divisions. McGregor has been a featherweight, lightweight, and welterweight. He now has the opportunity to step into the cage against Michael Chandler and redefine history with a knockout in four divisions.

Sean O’Malley recently said it would be legendary if the feat were accomplished by the Irish great. McGregor scored knockouts in the past to Jose Aldo, Eddie Alvarez, and Donald Cerrone to also become the first UFC dual champion.

To fight from 145 to 185 pounds is simply unprecedented. McGregor has fought a trilogy with Dustin Poirier and sparred with a broken leg. McGregor (10-4 UFC) participated in the UFC Ultimate Fighter vs. Michael Chandler’s team and is looking to ferociously win.

  • Will Zach Wilson Be a Jet Next Season?

Will Zach Wilson Be a Jet Next Season?

According to sources, Zach Wilson will not play in the season finale between the rival New England Patriots this upcoming Sunday in Foxborough, MA. This comes off the heels of suffering a mild head injury during Week 15’s brutal loss to the Miami Dolphins.

Regardless, Wilson has faced a ton of scrutiny from the media and fans over the past year regarding his ability to play and lead the Jets.

Aaron Rodgers was expected to start and help the Jets reach the postseason, but because of a Torn Achilles, that ruled out all possibilities of that happening. Wilson, meanwhile, played and talked with a cocky attitude before the season even started expressing at one point his job disdain for second-stringing Rodgers.

Wilson recorded a very low productive season in New York which is why he might suit up again for the Jets but reflecting back to 2021, the quarterback has a rotten touchdown-to-interception ratio, completing far more turnovers than Garrett Wilson celebrations.

The tools are there in New York. The only problem is where to go from here. At BYU, Wilson finished with an adjusted completion percentage of 80.3% and atop his class in deep yards (1286). If there is one notion that does not scream loud incessantly, it is that New York is tough, and R.J. Barrett might after all burst out of his shadow, finally.

The main focus is Wilson, though. He has periodic flashes and one can only hope Jets GM Joe Douglas and Robert Saleh make the right move because solely their future depends on it, after being extended another year by owner Woody Johnson.
